A few days back
Mel asked me if I could make a funfetti cake. I'd never tried before but I'm SO glad she asked because it was TOO much fun making this mini cake. I LOVE funfetti cake and I have no clue why I didn't think of this! Mel, you are awesome :) I am definitely going to do a lot more of these and in different sizes. The sprinkles on top of this cake are ITSY BITSY! (each one is about the size of a grain of salt O_O) I kept dropping them on my glass cutting board and it took me a minute or two to find them because my eyes had to change focus to spot them, LOL. That's how insanely small they are.
If you're wondering what the sugary, sprinkle-laden object in the back is, it's a Wacky Apple made by
Happy Apples. It's basically an apple dipped in yummy caramel sauce and then rolled in colorful sprinkles. The boy bought two a while ago on one of his sweet tooth runs and I never got around to eating mine. I tasted his and while it's good, it's SUPER sweet. One bite was enough for me ;)
Anyway, I hope you guys like this one! If you want to see more pics of this uber kawaii cake, check out my

p.s. It's available in the shop now too ♥
