Miniature Red Velvet Cake, yum.
I forgot to put a quarter in for size reference but this cake is tiny! (About 7/8ths of an inch in diameter) I love this red velvet cake. It is my first 4 layer and it came out so cute! I read about using a certain acrylic medium to make the icing...I picked some up at Michael's last weekend and it is AWESOME! I think I am addicted to making icing now. I was holding my strawberry icing up to the boy like, "LOOK! LOOK! icing!" It isn't edible in any way but I just feel like it's real sometimes, lol. He just looked at me like I am a spaz as usual, lol.
Anyway, speaking of the boy...he brought me pretty flowers from the backyard.
They just grow wildly in our backyard...I guess it's just a pesky flowering weed, but they are so pretty and they smell like gardenias!
